Our headquarter is located in Republic of Panama to work on a drilling business for crude oil in Colombia and affiliated Petroleum Solution which has a license. We produce high quality crude oil for sure and bring value to shareholders by developing international trades and will work on developing of energy resources with a high added-value.

Exploration and Production

In the current world development the main industry is the energy, for this reason all the efforts of the international companies are focus in maintaining the energy supply. Amiworld will transfer the development of energy refining business that it has supervised thus far and has been developed by Group’s related companies. By this way, Amiworld will enter crude drilling business and international transportation business as its own business establishment.

As regarding the basic concept for the crude drilling business, even when has been found and develop alternates energy sources, the most important in the present industry are the hydrocarbons (fossil fuels). For this reason and according with the international trend our company is focus in develop new drilling activities that will be performed by Panamerican Petroil which through its subsidiary Petroleum Solutions Ltda has a license to carry out the project, that aims to preserve the fossil fuel supply and support the development of the energy industry.

Energy International Transportation

Amiworld, Inc. has entered synergistically to the international transportation business through its subsidiary Great Voyages Co. Inc., a company that will handle the acquisition, management and maintenance of vessels which will comprise tankers ships with capacity between 1000 and 5000 metric tons, as well as ground transportation with more than 20 rolling oil tanks with a capacity of 30 tons.

Great Voyages shipping will provide a efficient, effective and focused on the needs of end customers in Panama and throughout Central America, without forgetting the high standards of quality and safety in which the operations are, which will lead to strengthened Great Voyages the positioning of the Company in the region, thus achieving the development of strategic partnerships based on the recognition achieved due to the integrity and wealth of business values are reflected in good business practices that facilitate the demand for their services by third parties.
