Indira Veitía was appointed as Director on May 16, 2011. She started to work to Z International, C.A. (a subsidiary of JASB of New York Corp.) in February 2003, where she held various management positions within the organization, including financial management, department supervision, as well as project development. She also served as Marketing Director in Odin Petroleum Corporation. Ms. Veitia acquired a degree in Graphic Design at the Design Center Maracay in Venezuela and since 2007 also has been Director of Odin Energy Corporation. She works full time for our company.

Oscar Javier Pérez was appointed as director of our Company in May of 2011; Mr. Pérez is owner of Mega Cars Services C.A., a Venezuelan Company focused to executive transportation since 2000. Mr. Pérez is graduated of Business Administration of Carabobo University in 1998. Mr. Pérez throughout his career has performed different managing positions in food companies in Venezuela.

David Garin was appointed as our Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Director in January 2010. Since March 2007, Mr. Garin has been employed as our Finacial Vice President. The main responsibility of Mr. Garin has been overseeing our accounting and finance functions. Mr. Garin has been employed as a member of Mr. Saito's companies group since November 1994. Mr. Garin is graduated from Western State College with a B. A. in Accounting and Business Administration in 1990 and in the University of Denver with a Masters in Accounting in 1992. Mr. Garin has an active license as CPA in the State of Colorado, currently, is member of Certified Public Accountants Society of Colorado and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He devotes much of his business time to our affairs.

Edmor Oviedo was appointed as Director of our company in May of 2011, Mr. Oviedo is the owner of Inversiones Vianovi, S.A., is a Venezuelan company which is focused to the sale and distribution of products of mass consumption. Mr. Oviedo is graduated in Customs Administration in the Management and Marketing University School in 2005, additionally in the year 2003 obtained the title of Certified Merchant Marine in the School of Merchant Navy officials in Venezuela. He devotes only the time necessary for company specific issues.

Yuji Adachi was appointed as Director of our company in March of 2007 after the merger of Amiworld-NY. Prior, from November of 1998 to march of 2007, was the Director of Amiworld-NY. Also, since April 1992 he has been employee of Adachi Enterprises in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada, a driving school. He graduated of Kyoto University in Foreign Languages. He devotes only the required time to our businesses.
